Recommended needles when using a thread:
Chenille or tapestry 14 or 16, Wool darning needle 14
Chenille or tapestry 14 or 16, Wool darning needle 14
- soft, braided threads
- not mercerized
- Very versatile in use
- Uncomplicated processing
- Due to its special design, it can be laid flat and overlaid without major effort. Used on Kaneva’s #40, it covers the surface very well with just one thread.
- can be ruched for a special effect by pulling 1 or more of the threads. Ruffles hold better than with Rayon Braided (VTRS/VTR) and do not need to be fixed additionally
- particularly suitable for making very sturdy and creative cords
- can be used well for summer jewelry
- can be processed or crocheted very well with the Lucette
