• divisible
• spun silk
• spun from short silk threads
• only slightly twisted
• matt sheen
  • remains intact even after washing/ironing
• Relatively “elastic”
  • lays well on the embroidery base
• Single thread slightly thicker than 1 thread Cotton mouliné
• much softer and “fluffier” than cotton mouliné
• Two-dimensional effect, the individual thread is not so clearly visible
